Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to leave, I would love to go back. I appreciated the hotel, it was absolutely great with great wi-fi. The location seemed marvellous and awesome on the ferry to Morro de Sao Paulo.

Our room had a wonderful view on the Bay, and two etages. We did not expect such excellent plus.
Breakfast was poor, although the brakfast lounge was superb.

Location was pretty good. A few steps to walk to reach the Pelourinho (historic center of Salvador). The building is an old colonial house, well-renovated with a panoramic view over the harbour.
Staff was not able to speak any word in English and so it was very difficult to communicate and to get any information from them. At night, hotel was noisy mainly due to old wooden room doors. We could almost hear distinctly what people were saying in corridors.

The hotel rooms were clean and the hotel really nice. The staff was trying to be helpful. There is not an elevator in the hotel, and the steps to go upstairs to the rooms are many, so they helped us to carry our luggages, and generally they were very willing to help in any inquiry. There is a nice view of the sunset at the balcony at the back of the hotel on the 1st floor.
The staff could not speak a word of English and we were trying to communicate in Spanish... But still it was not easy. The location of the hotel is not very great, especially for women to walk outside in those streets at night after 9pm.

The stylish interior arrangements, the view from breakfast room and room 27. Full harbor view from high point of city. Good beds, efficient and silent airco.
No real complaints, but not enough furniture in room. Only one cupboard and one chair. All suitcases on the floor.

The staff were friendly and provided good service. The breakfast, with its awesome view to the harbor, offered many options.
Everything was fine and didn't require any improvements.
